Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore what’s going on and work through challenges at your own pace.
People often seek support for things like anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, workplace difficulties, or periods of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Therapy focuses on helping you make sense of your experience, build understanding of patterns, and develop practical ways to move forward in everyday life.
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescent therapy provides a supportive and age-appropriate space for young people (15+) to talk through what they’re experiencing and feel understood.
Support is often sought for concerns such as anxiety, low mood, school-related stress, friendship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or changes at home or in life circumstances.
Therapy focuses on helping young people make sense of what’s happening, build understanding of their experiences, and develop practical ways to manage challenges more effectively.
WorkCover and Insurance
Support is available for individuals experiencing psychological or emotional difficulties following a workplace injury or incident.
This may include managing symptoms, building confidence, and working towards a safe and sustainable return to work.
Where required, communication with insurers, employers, and treating teams can be included as part of the process.
Services are available under WorkCover, CTP, and other insurance schemes where applicable
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space to work through relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, conflict, or feeling disconnected.
Many couples seek support when patterns become difficult to shift, or when conversations are no longer productive or lead to further frustration.
Therapy focuses on understanding these patterns, improving communication, and developing more effective ways of responding to each other.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessments provide a structured process to better understand patterns in attention, behaviour, and emotional functioning.
Assessments are often sought for concerns such as ADHD, autism, personality, and broader emotional or behavioural difficulties, or to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
The process includes gathering relevant history, completing standardised measures, and providing clear feedback to guide next steps.
