  • A referral is not required to make an appointment.

    If you would like to access a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

  • Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan provided by your GP.

    You may wish to speak with your GP to determine whether you are eligible.

  • Apppointments can be made using the online booking link.

    If you have a question before booking, you are welcome to make an enquiry via the contact form, or by email or text.

  • The first session is an opportunity to talk through what has brought you to therapy and what has been happening for you.

    Prior to your appointment, you will be sent an intake form to complete. This helps your clinician understand what has been going on and allows the session to be more focused and supportive from the outset.

    During the session, we will take the time to understand your current concerns, relevant background, and what you would like support with. There is no expectation to cover everything at once, and you can go at a pace that feels comfortable.

    Many people feel unsure before their first appointment, which is completely understandable. The initial session is simply a starting point to begin making sense of things and working out what support might be most helpful.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs and goals.

    Some people attend for a small number of sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.

  • Yes. Telehealth appointments are available and can be a flexible option for accessing support.

    If you are booked for a face-to-face appointment and are unwell or unable to attend, your session can be changed to a video or telephone appointment on the same day. Please let us know prior to your appointment.

  • Yes. Services are available under WorkCover, CTP, and other insurance schemes where applicable.

    In most cases, approval from the insurer is required prior to commencing treatment.

    For WorkCover claims, appointments can often proceed while a claim is pending, provided you have a current referral from your GP.

  • Fees vary depending on the type of appointment.

    Current fees are outlined on the booking page, or can be provided on request.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.
